Pham Ngoc Viet, Deputy Director of provincial Police Agency, on August 8, led a delegation to visit and congratulate the Executive Board of provincial Buddhist Sangha (BS) on the occasion of the 2016 Vu Lan festival (photo).
Particularly, Mr.Viet presented gifts and extended best regards to the Executive Board of provincial BS, Buddhist dignitaries, nons, monks and followers.
