Leaders of Ben Cat town’s People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, on May 22, held a delegation to visit and congratulate the local Buddhist organizations and dignitaries on the occasion of the 2015 festival celebrating Buddha’s birthday.
In the visiting places, the delegation extended best regards to Buddhist nuns, monks and followers on the occasion of this year’s festival marking Buddha’s birthday while wanting that the town’s Buddhist Sangha and dignitaries would actively coordinate with sectors and mass organizations to join hands in building up a more prosperous and beautiful homeland.
The local Buddhist dignitaries also thanked the local authorities at all levels to create favorable conditions for the Buddhist community to well practice religious belief over the past time, contributing to promoting the local movements. It is known that over the past time, the local authorities at all levels also always facilitated the activities of the local Buddhist organizations.
