Early August 26, leaders of Phu Giao district together with retired doctors and nurses held a delegation to visit and present gifts to frontline anti-Covid-19 medical workers at the district’s Health Center and Covid-19 treatment area in Ben Cat town.
In the visiting places, representative of the district’s leaders praised frontline medical workers for their contributions to the local fight against the pandemic while saying that sacrifices by them, especially for unfortunate cases of being exposed to Covid-19, could not be compensated. Although facing harships, they do not falter, further show the spirit of the soldiers fighting against Covid-19 pandemic to protect public health, creating a firm trust for Covid patients - 19 in particular and for the people of Phu Giao district in general.
On this occasion, representative of district’s leaders also presented gifts to 13 frontline doctors and nurses in the local Covid-19 prevention and control. The delegation’s retired doctors and nurses also mobilized donors to donate 25 electronic blood pressure monitors to the district’s Health Center; donated VND 95 million to the local frontline doctors and nurses in treating Covid-19 patients.
