On October 18, at Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center, Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with a delegation of Quang Ngai province, led by Vo Phien, Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai provincial People's Committee, visiting and learning experience on state management in Binh Duong.

At the meeting, Department of Finance reported on the implementation of Decree No. 60/2021/ND-CP of the Government regulating the financial autonomy mechanism of public service units; implementation of Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP stipulating the assignment of tasks, ordering or bidding to provide public products and services using the State budget from regular expenditure sources; implementation of Decree No. 120/2020/ND-CP regulating the establishment, reorganization and dissolution of public service units.
Departments and branches of Quang Ngai province discussed and shared difficulties in delegating autonomy; fulfilling economic and technical norms, unit prices of public services; difficulties in the health sector in terms of investment in equipment and personnel; arranging and innovating public service units to improve quality.
Speaking at the meeting, Ha said that the sharing and analysis of the two provinces' professional agencies at the meeting will be good and valuable experience to help the two localities build and add more key contents and solutions need to be implemented in the coming time, contributing to the socio-economic development of the two localities.
