In the socio-economic development process, Binh Duong has always paid special attention to and maximally mobilized resources to improve the people's material and mental lives, become a bright spot in the social security, inclusive and comprehensive development, "leaving no one behind".
With the motto of industrialization and modernization acceleration, in which the ultimate aim is to constantly improve the people's living standards, Binh Duong is currently the locality with the highest per capita income of the whole country.
Party committees and local authorities always aim at the goal that all people enjoy the fruits of socio-economic development. Therefore, social security in the province is always guaranteed to be well performed.
During the outbreak of the Covid-19, complicated developments had a very negative impact on all aspects of socio-economic life, leaving lasting consequences, especially on people's lives. In that context, the province has mobilized all resources to take care of and support the people. After the pandemic, along with solutions to recover socio-economic development, social security work also received special attention by the province. Specifically, along with the synchronous implementation of solutions to support people's lives, the province has well completed the disbursement of support packages according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP of the Government and Decision No. 08/2022 /QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, along with local support packages. This has contributed to supporting people, especially workers having difficult circumstances, to gradually stabilize their lives and work better; at the same time, assisted the recovery of the labor market and sped up the economic recovery process after the pandemic.
Besides, taking care of policy families, revolution contributors, and the poor is also concerned by the province. Policies to support policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and the poor are well implemented, i.e. visiting and giving gifts on holidays, building houses, and preferential loans for home-based business development. For many years, the province has no poor households according to the criteria of the Central Government, now poor households according to the province's multidimensional criteria are less than 1%...
Socio-economic development is associated with social security guarantee, "leaving no one behind" is a view that clearly shows the good nature of the policy. This is always determined by Party committees and local authorities at all levels in order to develop Binh Duong into a worth living, civilized, and modern place.
