On December 2, the Legal Commission organized a review of several contents to present to the Provincial People's Council at its 19th regular session, scheduled for the end of 2024. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Head of the Legal Commission of the Provincial People's Council. Attendees included Ms. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, along with leaders from various provincial departments, branches, and sectors.
At the review session, representatives of relevant departments and branches reported and clarified a number of issues in the draft resolutions on: approving the number of civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level in the province in 2025; assigning civil servant positions in agencies of the People's Council, People's Committee of the province, districts and cities; approving the number of people working with salaries from the state budget in public service units and associations with special characteristics of the province in 2025; approving the Project to promote decentralization of state management in Binh Duong province; regulations on budget preparation, management, use and settlement of funds to ensure the dissemination and education of law, standards of legal access and mediation at the grassroots level in Binh Duong province...
Following the feedback from the review session, Ms. Mai documented and accepted the suggestions to enhance, revise, and finalize the review report for submission to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.
