In the morning of October 29, the provincial Police, the provincial Vietnamese Youth Union and the Vietnamese Women's Union of Binh Duong province coordinated to organize the program of lighting up the dream of rehabilitation in the province in 2022.
Participating in the program, inmates interacted with young people serving sentences returning to their localities to live and work and inmates serving sentences at the provincial Police Detention Center. The exchange to encourage and educate the spirit of law observance and motivate inmates to get trained well, overcome inferiority complex, and soon rehabilitate into the community.
