Significant gifts from donors have brought joys for the unlucky. The donors include retired people such as Huynh Kim Oanh, Nguyen Thi Dien, doctor Dinh Van Khai, Le Thi Hiep, Nguyen Ngoc Cam and among others. Over the past years, they have spared no efforts to mobilize organizations, businesses and individuals to do charity activities. Their silent activities have really a great significance amid the current difficulties.
In Binh Duong, charity social movement has been received attention from many people. Aside from the provincial sponsor society for disabled people, orphans and poor patients, the province now has some businesses and individuals involving in charity work. Notably, they include Thanh Le Trade-Import-Export Company, Binh Duong Import-Export Company, M&C, Dau Tieng Rubber Company, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company, Kocham, Minh Long I Ltd., Cuong Phat Porcelain Company and so on.
Attention from society
The local unlucky people have over years enjoyed assistance from all level authorities and localities through supportive models of mother cow breeding, chicken breeding, bike granting, job placement and vocational training and so on.
In addition, the provincial society in cooperation with a Korean garment business held vocational training classes for poor disabled people and laborers and introduced jobs for 27 disabled people with an average income of VND2.5mil – 4mil per month.
With the principle of helping each other, all level agencies and organizations have made significant deeds to assist the disabled. In 2011, all level sectors have mobilized over VND7bil to help the disabled.
