On April 18, the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Thanh Liem paid a working visit to the provincial Labor Education and Job Center. At present, the center has managed 687 learners and often held symposia on legal and health consultancies for learners as well as maintained regulations of the center.
Moreover, the center has maintained free medicine offering for about 80-90 learners, ensured health check-up and treatment for other 28 ones and implemented HIV tests for 160 ones.
At the working session, Tran Thanh Liem said that the center well implemented its tasks and the local department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the center should expedite the provincial People’s Committee’s instruction on changing the center’s headquarters.
Accordingly, the center should work with contractors to complete items in May 2014 to meet learners’ demand on learning and practice. In addition, the center’s petitions on equipment purchase and subsidy and assistance for the center cadres will be considered by the provincial administration.
