On Nov. 6, Tran Van Nam, vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to ratify some drafts of the 13rd session of the provincial People's Council, term VIII. At the session, reps of the local department of Judiciary, Education and Training, Natural Resources and Environment submitted drafts of support policies for judiciary staff, teachers and students of vocational schools; land using plan 2015, projects of land revocation 2015 at districts, towns of the province.
Accordingly, a 50% support is for judiciary staff, a support of 0.2 times of wage is for primary teachers and 25% for librarians, accountants of state vocational schools.
Meanwhile, land using draft 2015 is expected to change 6,839.57ha of agricultural land into non-agricultural land to meet demand on socio-economic development and national defense and security in the coming time.
In the year of 2015, the local administration will implement 44 works for national defense and security purposes, of which 5 works are approved by the Government and 23 others approved by the provincial People's Council. In order to executive these projects, it is necessary to revoke 2,242.76 ha of agricultural land and 99.5ha non-agricultural land.
Concluding the session, Tran Van Nam, vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee basically agreed on presentations' contents.
