Early August 22, provincial State employees’ Trade Union in collaboration with province-based Taiwan Business Association held the 2018 program awarding “making dreams come true” scholarships to poor State employees’ offspring with good academic results.

Accordingly, the Trade Union offered 40 “making dreams come true” scholarships worth VND1million plus 20 notebooks each to the above pupils. On this occasion, the organizers also gave 37 gifts under the “beloved notebook, schoolbag” program to them. Each gift comprises of VND200,000 together a schoolbag and notebooks.
Tran Thanh Liem, President of provincial State employees’ Trade Union said that the program received enthusiastic support from State employees and donors in the province, contributing to encouraging needy State employers’ offspring with good academic results to surmount difficulties and try harder in studying in order to become obedient children, good pupils.
