The project has been under urgent implementation across communes and wards. Districts and towns such as Thuan An, Di An and Thu Dau Mot towns and Tan Uyen and Ben cat, Phu Giao and Dau Tieng districts enjoy human resources for the project.
Accordingly, on Oct. 27, 2011, the provincial People’s Council Vu Minh Sang agreed on increasing human resources for the projects. Sang stressed that if the project is under good completion, a strong foundation will help reinforce the Party and mass body organizations, upholding working class’ strength and completing tasks in the local industrialization and modernization.
The provincial Youth Federation has set up 446 young workers sub-societies whilst the local Women Union has set up 284 clubs for lodgers. In addition, youth unions at all levels have set up 18 grassroot youth unions with 1,040 members and 10 sub-societies with 1,578 members across businesses. The significant figures have proved a wide development to young workers’ life.
In the next 5 years, at least 1,000 young workers will be trained to be elite unionists for Party admission, 1,000 clubs and sub-societies will be set up with 55,000 members. Moreover, the locality will foster and train 2,000 key cadres and contributors for clubs and sub-societies and 4,000 propagandists for youth unions.
In addition, youth unions and societies’ operation should be renovated to develop initiatives of youths across industrial parks and companies.
