Under provincial project on "Uniting and gathering young workers for the 2021-2025 period", provincial Steering Committee for the project will organize various programs and activities to enhance the project's effectiveness.
Specifically, the Steering Committee will develop the project and organize a conference to collect opnions on the draft proposal for the 2026-2030 period. Additionally, training sessions will be conducted for project officers, Youth Union secretaries as well as sub-union, club, group leaders to enhance their mobilization skills. The Steering Committee will also host gatherings for young workers’ clubs, teams and groups while launching new models such as the "Youth Clubhouse" and "Youth Street" in industrial zones, residential areas and lodging facilities. In addition, the Steering Committee will convene a conference for core forces implementing the project in 2025; conduct on-site inspections, expand successful models and the best practices across the province; organize a conference to review the project’s implementation from 2021 to 2025 and seek approval from provincial People's Committee for the project in the period of 2026-2030.
Quarterly, members of the Steering Committee will monitor the development of core forces, collaborators and communicators at provincial and grassroots-levels. They will also participate in meetings of Youth Union branches, clubs and young workers’ groups at the grassroots level to opportunely grasp the project's progress for timely, effective solutions.
In addition, the project’s secretariat will advise on communication efforts such as editing and publishing the monthly Young Workers Bulletin, compiling a handbook on mobilization and advocacy for young workers, compiling and publishing study materials on learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings; designing and distributing leaflets and posters for propaganda in 2025.
