Currently, enterprises in the wood and textile industries, although facing many difficulties in production and business, have many activities to take care of their employees. Recently, Trade Union of Shyang Hung Cheng Co., Ltd. (Thuan An City) has organized a series of practical and meaningful activities to take care of the material and mental life of employees, such as to sell necessities at preferential prices, discounts from 10% to 40% on essential items, organize free medical examination, give gifts to 12 workers suffering from occupational accidents...
Besides, the Trade Union also coordinated with Directors Board of the company to award seniority bonuses to 96 employees who have worked at the company for 5 to 25 years.
