The district’s Labor Union currently manages 195 trade union locals with 31,069 members out of 32,657 workers. In the past year, with the attention and direction of provincial Labor Union, the district’s Party Committee and the support of the district’s People's Committee, the district’s Labor Union along with trade union locals took good care of laborers ‘material and spiritual lives via such practical activities as opportunely visiting workers hit by labor accidents, those with difficult circumstances, children whose parents died, due to Covid pandemic…
On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the mementoes "For the cause of building the Trade Union" to two individuals; awarded the certificates of merit to 1 group and 14 individuals. Provincial Labor Union also awarded the certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 44 individuals with the most outstanding emulation movements in 2023. In addition, the district’s Labor Union awarded the certificates of merit to many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Trade Union activities in 2023.
