Ms. Ngo Thi Xuyen, President of the Red Cross Society of Dau Tieng district, said that on September 12, some philanthropists gave donations to share difficulties with people in the North. The initial results were that the Dau Tieng District Red Cross Association received 20 million VND in cash and 20 milk cartons.
