On June 19, a delegation of leaders from agencies and units in the province, including provincial Police Agency, provincial Military Command, provincial Labor Union and Mobifone Binh Duong, visited and congratulated Binh Duong Newspaper on the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2024).
During the visit, leaders of the agencies and units spoke highly of the efforts by Binh Duong Newspaper's leaders in effectively coordinating the implementation of propaganda work across specialized pages and columns in print, online newspapers and social media platforms.
The agencies and units also discussed solutions for digital transformation in journalism with Binh Dương Newspaper. Digital transformation in journalism needs to focus on technology as the core; pay attention to investment in installing equipment, high-speed internet systems, the Internet of Things connectivity, and cloud data processing and storage. Along with that, developing software and systems to automate the use of digital transformation to change management, operations, production, publishing, content distribution, and business models to optimize the operation of press agencies.
On behalf of Binh Duong Newspaper, Le Minh Tung, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper thanked these agencies and units for their visit and congratulations on the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21).
