Originating from offering favorable climate for youths and unionists’ creation and productive requirements, Binh Duong Building Material and Construction Company has set up a club for youths.
This club is to gather initiatives, works, ideals of youths and unionists, young engineers and workers. The club has produced many unique ideals and initiatives, applying into production and raising the company’s profits.
Since its inception, the club has experienced 3 terms with 22 key members. The club’s managerial board has actively built working regulations, action plans and criteria for members. The club operates every quarter through forums and symposia. At the workshops, ideals of improving machines and equipments are raised.
Thanks to the company directorate’s attention and timely encouragement, the club has reached results, contributing to profit increase for the company.
To develop and maintain this club, the company youth union has encouraged members constantly. By such efforts, the club received merit certificates from the provincial People’s Committee, local department of Technology and Science and so on.
Possibly speaking, movement of young creation has been launched flexibly by the company. It is hoped that the company youth union will affirm its capacity, contributing to the company’s production and business.
