In addition to organizing contests, Youth Workers Festivals, provincial Youth Workers and Young Labors Supporting Centre cooperated with companies to build up clubs, groups with many activities to facilitate exchanges, promote the spiritual care for young workers.
Last week, provincial Youth Workers and Young Labors Supporting Centre organized Youth Workers’ Family Day. At the festival, 10 teams participated in cooking contest “Delicious meals every day" lasting 60 minutes, “Family’s talent” competition, like: dancing, aerobics… Besides, the day had games, cultural exchange, performances for young workers. The festival was to uphold traditional cultural values of Vietnam family, and an opportunity for families to share experiences of building cultural family; oriented towards the sustainable development of family in industrialization, modernization and international integration process.
At “Family’s talent” competition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nghi, a member of Youth Workers Connecting Club 1, shared: “This is a new special activity for young workers with the participation of the whole family. The Family Day has brought meaningful values to young workers. As a member, I was able to take part in many Youth Workers Festivals, voluntary activities, have my birthday’s celebration…”

According to Mr. Do Van Phung, Deputy Director of provincial Youth Workers and Young Labors Supporting Centre, the Club 1 has regular get-together on last Saturday and second Saturday of each month. Besides, the centre also organizes voluntary activities, such as: Green Sundays, visiting and giving gifts to disadvantaged young workers, activities on big holidays for members.
“With the aim of building the key force in young workers to disseminate the Party and State's guidelines, laws, young worker supporting policies. We will establish Youth Workers Connecting Club 2 at My Phuoc 1 industrial park. Along with businesses, the centre will put more effort to promote our role, add more members in order to unite, gather young worker force”, said Mr. Trung.
Currently, the centre coordinates with Thien Son Fitness Club to open aerobic, yoga, fitness courses with supported fees. Especially, the centre also opened a Young Worker Dance Club with no tuition. The club has now nearly 30 members, and has been a useful playground to gather young workers loving dancing. In addition to physical exercising, club members have engaged in propaganda, charity activities.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai An, official of the centre’s Culture – Sports Office, said: “In the future, the center will maintain and constantly improve activities’ content and quality of the Dance Club. On the other hand, the centre will establish hobby clubs, such as: revolutionary songs propagating club, sports clubs... in order to create a healthy playground for young workers after hard working hours, improve the quality of young workers’ spiritual life”.
