“Make the world cleaner” campaign in Binh Duong will be launched in mid-Sept with a goal to mobilize all society to join in the campaign. Individuals, organizations and businesses will set out significant activities for environment by various ways, contributing to raise awareness on environment protection and urban rejuvenation.
To bring significant efficiency for the campaign, the provincial department of Environment and Natural Resources has paid attention to promulgation on mass media and panels hung across routes.
Especially, during the campaign, Binh Duong will initiate a movement of using paper bags in replacement for nylon ones. About 6,000 paper bags and 4,000 leaflets will be offered.
In response to the “Make the world cleaner” campaign, Binh Duong will hold a seminar to introduce technologies on environmental treatment to local businesses and agencies. The seminar will introduce solid waste water and solid waste treatment technology, experiences on operation of waste water and solid waste treatment system as well as ways of approaching loans for environmental protection to businesses.
