Attracting young workers to join in sub-societies and youth sub-unions is a big problem but with enthusiasm and dedication, the problem will be a simple one.
Sub-societies luring young workers
According to the provincial Youth Federation, the entire province has set up over 1,000 sub-societies for young workers and 47 grassroot youth unions and societies at non-state companies and 27 youth sub-unions for alien young workers with the total members of over 44,000. many sub-societies and youth sub-unions have become a spiritual mainstay for laborers.

Birth of a model of “bookcase for alien young workers” is a prove for leaguers’ dedication to young workers. With about 100 titles of books, the bookcase at Chanh Nghia ward youth union has offered various books for young workers.
Or, a youth sub-union for alien young workers in Phu My ward has helped young workers improve income through club for job and club for recycle garbage. After a year of operation, the club for job has helped 200 young workers enjoy stable jobs at companies.
Measures to keep young workers
It is known that establishment of young workers’ sub-society is a hard work. In the evenings or Sundays, leaguers in cooperation with Women’s Union, Veteran Society arrive at lodging houses to mobilize every young worker to join in sub-societies for young workers. In addition, the leaguers must explain young workers profits of participating in the societies. Even, many leaguers must spend their own money to hold activities for young workers in a bid to lure them.
To build a strong structure of gathering young workers, the local youth union has added 22 human resources for a project of gathering young workers. Additionally, youth unions at all levels have recruited 200 more cadres to build a key force in a bid to promulgate the Party and State’s policies to laborers.
At present, activities such job introductions, loan offerings, fairs, legal consultancies, sports and gift visits have taken place lively during the week for young workers and month for young workers.
Based on renovation and creation as well as quality improvement of youth sub-unions and sub-societies at lodging houses, gathering and keeping young workers are no longer big problems.
