Provincial Department of Health (DoH) has just sent a document requesting the local medical units to rectify their medical examination activities.
The reason is that provincial DoH has organized many delegations to inspect, supervise and review records related to health examination at the local medical examination & treatment facilities and acknowledged a number of shortcomings for change. For example, some units organized health check-ups when their eligibility has not been announced by authorized agencies. The process was not guaranteed with personnel arrangement being not consistent with the practice certificate. There was the situation that a doctor examined and signed records at many specialties.
