Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen Hoang Thao affirmed the positive results that Binh Duong province has achieved in all fields in 2022 in addition to the efforts and overcoming difficulties of the entire political system from the province to the authority. The department has a great contribution from the press agencies inside and outside the province. Reality shows that the more difficult the situation is, the more it is necessary for the solidarity, consensus, and overcoming efforts of all classes of people and the business community.
With the spirit of "Understanding Binh Duong, for Binh Duong", press agencies, journalists and reporters have made great efforts and responsibility in timely, complete and comprehensive information and propaganda about the situation. in the province, in the country and in the world to help cadres, Party members, business community and all classes of people understand and agree with the guidelines and policies of the CPV, the State and Binh Duong province. Despite the context of many difficulties and challenges, timely, objective, comprehensive and responsible information and propaganda by press agencies inside and outside the province in the past year has made an important contribution to the orientation of thoughts and public opinions to create a high consensus among officials, Party members, business community and all classes of people while creating a positive and favorable information environment for the general development of the province.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Nguyen Hoang Thao acknowledged and sincerely thanked leaders and reporters of press agencies inside and outside the province for accompanying the development of Binh Duong province in the year 2022 as well as throughout the years. He believed that in 2023 and the following years, Binh Duong province and each press agency inside and outside the province to have stronger development steps, making practical contributions to the development of revolutionary journalism of Vietnam and the general development of the country. On the occasion of the New Year 2023 and on behalf of the provincial leaders, Nguyen Hoang Thao extended his best wishes to leaders of departments, branches, unions, localities and units in the province and leaders and reporters of the press agencies inside and outside the province have a healthy, happy and successful New Year. He also believed that Binh Duong province and the press will always accompany on the path of development; the press is ahead to pave the way, behind to summarize, orient and inspire each other and work and develop together.
At the meeting, leaders of Binh Duong province handed over letters of thanks to press agencies inside and outside the province, and veteran journalists who have accompanied the province in the past time.
On this occasion, Binh Duong Journalists Association launched the competition and Nguyen Van Tiet Press Prize in 2023.
