Black and innocent eyes of children in especially difficult circumstances made visitors be moved. Thuy Duong, the 5th grader living with her parents in Ben San leprosy center is very eager to wait for guests’ gifts.
Meanwhile, Tran Thi Yen Linh, the 4th grader in Thuan An Center for Disabled Children, said “I feel very happy because this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival I and my classmates enjoy many gifts and cakes. I will make try my best to achieve good academic results to become a useful person for society in the future”.
Children of visually-impaired parents are also eagerly to receive gifts and cakes from local leaders and donors. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tuyen, the 6th graders in Tan Uyen district expressed her happiness when receiving moon cakes and lanterns.
In the meantime, the two third of children at the provincial Center for Social Sponsor are disabled children. Their innocent eyes overwhelm joy when receiving mid-Autumn gifts.

Reps of the provincial leaders encouraged the children in especially difficult circumstances. Tran Thi Son, vice chairwoman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee encouraged them to make try their best to gain good academic results and wished them a happy mid-Autumn festival.
Meanwhile, Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, director of the provincial department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs wished them a significant mid-Autumn festival and encouraged their parents’ spirit.
Bich Tram, a poor mother taking care of her disabled kid at the provincial Rehabilitation and Sanatorium Hospital, said “Local sectors and cadres’ care for child patient at the hospital is a great encouragement for us to overcome difficulties”.

Children in especially difficult circumstances are in dire need of more care and assistance from the community to enjoy a significant mid-Autumn festival. Therefore, on anniversaries for children, the provincial leaders always spend thorough care for them with the purpose of compensating their loss.
On Sept. 17, the provincial department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs held 3 gift visits to children in especially difficult circumstances at the social sponsor centers. A delegation including the provincial leaders and reps of local departments and agencies arrived at Ben San Leprosy Center, the provincial society for Visually-impaired people, the provincial Rehabilitation and Sanatorium Hospital, Thuan An Center for Disabled Children, Que Huong Humanitarian Center, Lam Anh social sponsor center, Bo De Center for Orphans and Lonely old people, Tu Tam Nhan Ai social sponsor center in Tan Uyen district, Huong Duong social sponsor center in Ben Cat district to grant mid-Autumn gifts to unlucky children. The delegation granted 815 gifts each worth VND130,000 to the unlucky children at the mentioned centers.
