Provincial Red Cross Society, on September 10, held a delegation to visit and present 100 mid-Autumn gifts worth VND200,000 each, comprising of moon cakes, lanterns and school bags, to children who are the offspring of members of provincial Blind Association and its branch in Thuan An town.
It is known that these gifts were sponsored by GS Battery Vietnam Co.Ltd. in Thuan An town.
*On the morning of the same day, provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs organized a delegation to visit and present 150 mid-Autumn gifts worth VND135,000 each to children under the “Children with HIV/AIDS prevention” Club of Phu Loi ward in TDM city.
It is known that on this occasion of the 2016 mid-Autumn festival, 1,200 children belonging to 40 “Children with HIV/AIDS prevention” Clubs around the province have been presented gifts from the local State budget.
*The Youth Union and Trade Union of Thuan An town’s Health Center morning yesterday organized a program named “Enjoying mid-Autumn festival” for 200 children with difficult circumstances in Lai Thieu ward’s Dong Tu quarter.
The program took place very joyfully and impressively with special art performance items, attractive games…Participating children were also presented gifts, including moon cakes, milk and lanterns.
