Mobilizing all resources in society for socio-economic development

Early September 29, a supervision delegation of the National Assembly's Culture and Education Committee, led by Ta Van Ha, Vice-Chairman of the Committee, worked with provincial People's Committee on the implementation of policies and laws in the fields of education-training, culture-sport-tourism, information and communication, religious beliefs, youth and children in the province. Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee received and worked with the delegation.

According to the report, in recent years, Binh Duong province has promptly issued legal documents and had many investment policies for cultural and social fields. The content of basic documents meets state management requirements and is consistent with the characteristics, goals and conditions of the local economic and social development. However, the implementation of some programs and projects is still slow and has not achieved the desired results.

At the working session, Binh Duong province proposed that it is necessary to supplement the required number of staff as prescribed for the province's education sector; have specific policies so that officials can feel secure in sticking to religious work; consider increasing staff in charge of children's work; consider adjusting and supplementing relevant policies to suit the local actual conditions... Mr. Ha also received opinions from members of the delegation and clarified a number of contents that the delegation was interested in. He also said that Binh Duong will review all the contents mentioned by the delegation, compile a report and send it to the delegation, along with a roadmap to fix it in the coming time.

Concluding the working session, Mr. Ha acknowledged and acquired the province's opinions. He also noted that Binh Duong needs to mobilize all resources in the society to create synergy to promote the implementation of the province's proposed goals on socio-economic development; strengthen State management in all fields; attach special importance to propaganda work to raise people's awareness...
