During the past tenure, overcoming difficulties and challenges, provincial VFF at all levels continuously innovated and creatively organized activities and movements. Tran Thi Hong Hanh, Permanent Vice-Chairwoman of provincial VFF Committee reported on the results of implementing the action program of provincial VFF during the 2019-2024 term, stating that with regular, timely inspection and guidance from the Central VFF Standing Committee, comprehensive leadership and direction from the Party Committees, and close coordination with authorities, provincial VFFs at all levels effectively played their leading role, reached consensus with member organizations and effectively implemented the resolutions of the congress, achieving notable results.

Under the campaign of "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in conjunction with the movement of "The entire province joining hands to build new-style rural areas" and the "Mass mobilization work in participating in building cultural - civilized lifestyles" project in the province for the 2021-2025 period, provincial VFFs at all levels have focused on implementing criteria for building civilized urban areas, new-style rural communes, advanced new-style rural areas, model new-style rural areas... To date, the province has maintained 100% of communes meeting new-style rural standards, 29 out of 38 communes meeting advanced new-style rural standards, 1 commune meeting model new-style rural standards; 50% of districts and cities meeting new-style rural standards and completing the task of building new-style rural areas...
During the 2019-2024 period, in addition to the State budget resources allocated for the construction of civilized urban and new-style rural areas, provincial VFF Committees at all levels mobilized nearly VND 650 billion in socialized funds and over VND 133 billion from the community through specific, practical actions such as contributing working days, donating land, works on land and funding works repairing, upgrading concrete roads, installing lighting systems on streets, planting trees...
