Speaking at the launching ceremony, Deputy Minister Ho Thi Kim Thoa said this website aims to timely and effectively provide information on administrative regulations and procedures within the management scope and functions of the MOIT; and respond as quickly as possible to questions and recommendations of organizations and individuals about the ministry’s administrative regulations. In addition, organizations and individuals can look up information, and be directly involved in the statistical process, review and publication of administrative procedures of the MOIT.
According to the MOIT, the Department of administrative procedure control under the ministry is responsible for directly receiving feedback and recommendations about MOIT’s administrative regulations from organizations, individuals and businesses, and to consider and directly respond, or synthesize and forward to relevant units to answer, or inform ministry leaders for consideration and response.
The website is a highly interactive environment between people, businesses and management agencies through the Q&A column on administrative procedures and feedback, as well as recommendations on administrative procedures directly contributed by people on the website. Thus, leaders of units under the ministry may be timely in proposing amendments, additions or cancelling/annulling procedures that obstruct organizations and individuals but do not affect the management functions of the Ministry./.
