On October 26 and 27, Thanh Le General Trading-Import Export Corporation held a delegation to visit and present gifts worth more than VND1.15billion to flood victims in the central province of Quang Binh, helping them soon surmount difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Particularly, the delegation gave gifts for people in Quang Trach district’s Quang Tung, Quang Chau and Quang Hop communes. And then, the delegation continued donating gifts to Tuyen Hoa district’s four communes, namely Son Hoa, Nam Hoa, Chau Hoa and Tien Hoa.
*Prior to that, Binh Duong Water-Environment Joint Stock Company’s Party Committee and Directorate, on October 25, held a ceremony to launch a fundraising drive for people affected by floods in the central region.
Representatives of the company’s Youth Union and Trade Union had discussion and decided to mobilize each staff to support at least one day’s salary for the victims with VND400million raised. With the money, the company is expected to buy 20 breeding cows or build 40 houses for the victims.
*Early October 27, Pham Van Tam, residing at No.6/3, Hoa Long quarter, Vinh Phu war, Thuan An town, donated VND10million for flood victims in the central region through Binh Duong Newspaper.
The money will be quickly sent to provincial Fatherland Front Committee to opportunely support the victims. It is known that he was one of donors accompanying Binh Duong Newspaper in activities assisting needy cases over the past years.
