Responding to provincial Fatherland Front Committee's appeal for Covid-19 fighting, numerous organizations and individuals in the province have actively made contributions.
From the launch date (March 19) to April 7, provincial Fatherland Front Committee received a total amount of VND8,020,267,405, of which cash amount received and transferred to Relief Fund was VND5,296,467,405; total goods value was VND2,723,800,000. Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee handed over all donated goods to Department of Health, Steering Committee of the Covid-19 Prevention and Control, including: 122,000 medical masks, 22,000 antibacterial cloth masks, 32,000 medical gloves, 21,500 medical protective suits, 100 electronic thermometers, 15 tons of rice, 275 boxes of instant noodles, 500 boxes of milk, 10,000 eggs and other necessities; deducted VND1,551,000,000 from Relief Fund to buy medical supplies, equipment for epidemic prevention and control at the request of provincial Department of Health.
