Early December 13, provincial People’s Committee, Kyungsung University and Sunghyun Vina Joint Stock Company (JSC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on human resource development for the 2016-2021 period.
Under the MoU, Kyungsung University and Sunghyun Vina JSC will give scholarships of the school’s postgraduate training program in business administration for 2 civil servants of the province and provide them with the cost for a six-month South Korean training program. At the signing ceremony, Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee said that the province carried out programs on human resource training with many countries around the world over the past time. The province’s program on training cooperation with Kyungsung University and Sunghyun Vina JSC was a typical example. Provincial People’s Committee and the two units also spoke highly of their training cooperation during the past five years. The signing will be a chance for the sides to boost cooperation and friendship for mutual benefits while creating advantageous conditions for the province to train hi-quality human resources towards a goal of developing into a modern and smart city in the future.
