Phan Rang City of Ninh Thuan Province as part of their charity drive From the beginning of 2013 up to date, the club has coordinated with club of elite youths to organize 6 volunteer programs for the community to share with people in mishap and engage in gratitude activities, environment protection, traffic safety information dissemination, volunteer blood donation, gift visits to orphans and socially privileged families, etc.Along side with social activities, the club has been fostering independence in living and self ability in life of the members.In many a activity, free medicine and healthcaring have always been frequent activities of volunteer clubs. Notably, 22 members Dau Tieng Club of young medicine doctors have organized nearly 20 turns of health caring and free medicines to hundreds of poor people across locality of the province.Besides, in 3 year time, the members of this club have donated and called for donation to establish and maintain charity meals at the district’s medical center with over 100 meals each time and twice a day from Monday to Saturday to poor patients and their kins staying at the center.More help to developThe clubs, groups, and team in charity drives of the province have been strongly developing in various activities for wider range of people; however, shortage of profession and funding has been turning them down.Mr. Pham Hong Thang, Secretary of Provincial Youth’s League informed of the limitation in terms of methodology and resources has wasted the enthusiasts away. Moreover, so as to be in control of financial sources, members of the clubs donate on their own account or funding from many sources.
