PPC issued Official Letter No. 4511/UBND-VX on the implementation of the movement "Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims" Spring 2017.
Accordingly, PPC Chairman asked provincial Red Cross Dispatch based on Official Letter No. 869 dated Oct 7th 2016 of Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee on the implementation of this movement and the actual situation of the province to advise local Party committee and government about deploying the movement at provincial localities; set up plans for disseminating content, targets, locations, specific subjects, mobilization of practical resources.
PPC Chairman also asked provincial departments, agencies, People's Committee of districts and communes, mass organizations, relevant organizations to cooperate with provincial Red Cross to deploy the movement in order to ensure synchronization, correct the situation of overlapping and duplication of resource mobilization and gifts giving; encourage organizations and individuals, businesses, philanthropists to contribute resources and accompanies provincial Red Cross to deploy the movement. Mass media agencies in the province strengthen propaganda, encouragement in order for the movement to be carried out effectively, become a festival of the whole people to care for the poor in the province ...
