She was once worker and knew how disadvantageous young workers were in her locality. Her active role has won her the position of local Youth League Secretary of Thai Hoa Townlet, cum executive member of Tan Uyen District’s Youth League.In new position, she has contributed to promotion of Youth League movements in the locality by attracting more and more youths – her corner stone creativity.Without being overwhelmed by obstacles, she has established activity models based on two major tasks of communication and in-person contacts.Initially, local youths were confused; however, her models gradually worked and they were more friendly and acquaintant to Youth League movements. The Youth League cell of My Hiep for workers being far away from home was established as a followed-up result with 12 members.Now that, thanks to her work, local youths are supported not only with material livehood but with spiritual activities including dancing clubs, funny market, cultural and sports tournaments as well.She expressed herself to us as a devoted Youth League cadre who played important role in movements, in supporting youths, and in maintaining social orders.
