Provincial DoLISA will put in an estimate for spending the above fund and submit it into provincial People’s Committee for approval in order to take care of policy beneficiary families and those who rendered great services to the revolution. This is one of significant activities done by the province to express the moral principle of “when drinking water, remember its source”.
