On the evening of October 8, provincial Association of Women Entrepreneurs held a get-together to mark Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day and partially review its activities in 2019.
The event was attended by Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
At the event, members of the association reviewed the tradition of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day; gave a report on the results of the association in production-business and charity work in 2019. The association now has a total of nearly 100 members. Amid economy facing difficulties, members of the association have still maintained and developed their production-business activities in 2019, contributing to generating regular jobs for nearly 7,000 laborers. They have also contributed more than VND3.4billion to social charity activities in and out of the province…
Addressing the event, Mr.Liem acknowledged contributions by members of the association, especially to social charity work. He wanted that the association will be not only a place for members to share experience in production-business, but also help express their kindness with more contributions to social charity work, joining hands with the local administration to take care of needy people.
