Hue Minh Temple in Phu Giao district opened a summer course 2011 for the first time with the participation of over 200 pupils. The course took place from June 1-6.
Away from home and away from parents’ care, many pupils busted into tears and asked for returning home. However, amid lively ambience, they were acquainted with the course away from home.

timetable started from 4:30 am to 9 p.m. The participants learnt lessons about
Buddhist. They were taught to look at things with love, to differentiate wrong
and right things to keep away from evils. Under teaching of monks from the
provincial Buddhism Society, the young people enjoyed close and significant
lessons.
The participants exchanged together in small groups. Every morning, they learnt about several ways of martial arts as an exercise. After that they joined in useful activities such as flower arrangement, mediation and praying to Buddha…
During a week, the participants enjoyed significant summer days in combination between life and Buddhism.
Socialization of summer activity
Along with Hue Mink Temple, Seta Became Company and Ben Cat district Youth Union on June co-held a campaign themed “cycling for a green future” with the participation of numerous local pupils and the company staff. Participants rode bikes along Cloaks My Phlox area.
Seta Became Company general director Long Sweet Chow also attended the campaign. Sometimes, he used Vietnamese language to talk to everyone. According to him, the campaign targeted to encourage usage of bikes as a replaced means.
Ending a round of cycling, participants enjoyed a super before joining in other games. It was sure that these were one of happy memories for them.
Countless summer activities held in the trend of socialization will take place in this year. They include contests of kite flying, picture drawing, folk games…
Thai They Linh, a pupil of Chanh Phu Hoa secondary school, said “aside from school hours, we only know to relax with computer. Therefore, outdoor activities like this bring significant joys for us”.
