content. Dissemination task is one of significant part of NRD process. Management boards of NRD program at some typical communes like An Son, Chanh Phu Hoa, Bach Dang… have directed dissemination task with diverse forms. Popularization of NRD was integrated into meetings, folk shows, news discussion, etc. in order to avoid becoming boring. Other communes have made use of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development’s manuals to propagate NRD in meetings on loudspeaker system. Chairman of Bach Dang commune People’s Committee Mr. Pham Van Hoang, the commune has focused on extensive dissemination to improve people’s sense of the program engagement and then can make criteria performance easier. The success of NRD program exercising is come from people’s contributions. Many individuals, organizations have donated a great deal of money, property to this program, namely, at Thuan An town, people donated 16,655 m2 of land for road building. At Long Tan commune of Phu Giao district, enterprises contributed a fund worth VND16.4 bln. for entertainment area construction at Culture House, cultural office – quarter, rural roads building. Thanh An commune of Dau Tieng district collected a fund worth over VND185 bln. from enterprises and VND111 bln. from local people for infrastructure construction. Chairman of Thanh An commune People’s Committee Mr. Hoang Van Tan said, the contribution of the community is an important resource the commune to promote implementation. As a result, Thanh An commune could fulfill targets to become new rural commune within this year. A feature of NRD performance at Binh Duong province is the combination of NRD program and other national programs like clean water, environment, education, health care… Thereby, the province could obtain high achievements compared to targets, provide benefits to people, and create a high consensus among people on contributing to later programs. Currently, the province is in the sprint stage of NRD accomplishment at 5 key communes as well as program implementation at remaining communes.
