Aside from Thien Nam JSC, many other enterprises were getting back to operation with higher balance of technology, production and market development. Many of them informed that they may stay with the company for not daring to risk their job.Mr. Huynh Kinh Quoc, HR Manager of the Company informed that the HR fluctuation was at 2% after Tet for the year comparing to 4% of previous year.It was expected that the Company should recruit 20 employees at the maximum to fill in the vacancies not 100 in previous years.“The labor status after 2014 Tet was different from other years when employees kept changing their jobs.
