*Under the theme of the year “For the benefits of trade unionists”, Phu Giao district’s Labor Union has maintained a loan-rotating model with more than VND2billion, helping hundreds of trade unionists surmount difficulties and rise up in life.
The district’s Labor Union has also coordinated with trade union locals to take care of laborers’ material and spiritual lives; called for companies’ directorates to build up harmonious labor relations, encourage laborers to work ardently; offered 40 sets of old texts and 300 notebooks to needy workers’ offspring with good academic results.
*Since early this year, Tan Uyen town’s Labor Union has set up additional 15 trade union locals and admitted additional 3,000 members.
It is known that in the past ten months alone, the town’s Labor Union established additional 14 trade union locals in Tri Nang Co.Ltd., Viet Furniture Joint Stock Co., Ha Noi Import Export Services-Production Joint Stock Co.’s Binh Duong branch, Yuto Co.Ltd., Dusan Co.Ltd., Dafi Tropicdancs Furniture Co.Ltd., King Yuan Tong One-Member Co.Ltd., He Huan Shan VN Paint Co.Ltd., Phu Mau Co.Ltd., Xinyilai Co.Ltd., Halo Co.Ltd., Hao Hao Furniture Co.Ltd., GEM Electronics and Five Metals Co.Ltd.
*In 2017, Thuan An town’s Labor Union has donated 7.715 gifts worth more than VND3.7billion to needy workers and policy beneficiary families; gave bus tickets for 549 workers to return home for Tet with a total value of more than VND647million; awarded 1,034 scholarships worth more than VND1billion to the offspring of laborers with difficult circumstances…Trade Unions at all levels of the town have also coordinated with the Capital Aid Fund for Employment of the Poor to provide more than VND7billion in loan for laborers to develop home based business
