| Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Ha |
Graduating from Binh Duong Provincial Teachers' Training College, Nguyen Ngoc Ha (in photo) was designated to work at Dong Xoai Elementary School in Binh Phuoc Province. In 1987 she was transferred to work at the Di An Elementary School. By 2004, she was elected as Deputy Principal of Le Quy Don Elementary School.
Currently, she is transferred to work as Principal of Nguyen Khuyen Elementary School.
For her time in classrooms, Ha has made great contributions to the cause of education. In each lesson, she kept seeking for innovative teaching methods, making use of various teaching techniques to suit individual students. She always tried to impart knowledge quickly and effectively to students.
Besides, she also grasped up the notion of learning combined with playing. Upholding the teaching of President Ho Chi Minh that teaching is the noblest career of all careers, thus, she has always trying to train up morality and become a good example for her students and colleagues to follow. As a manager, Nguyen Ngoc Ha is dedicated to the general and collective benefits. She kept thinking about management methodology renovation to implement the educational targets for a collective of sentiment among teachers and students.
Many initiatives of her in teaching methods with electronic lesson plans have made high-level rewards at provincial and municipal levels. Every year, she wins the title of good teacher at provincial level. Particularly in 2003, she was the only teacher of the province to be entitled as national excellent teacher. In 2008, Nguyen Ngoc Ha was honored by State President of title of elite teacher for her efforts and achievements.
