In 1998, Mr. Nguyen Trong Vinh decided to start his career in Binh Duong Province after leaving his birth place of Nghe An Province – a place of traditional revolutionary spirit but low resources for economic development.
After 4 years working for
many companies, by 2002 he was recruited to Scancom Vietnam Company Limited (Song
Than Industrial Park 1, Di An Town) to work as a welding and sanding worker.
Only being qualified as a 7th grade of the 12 grades in secondary
education (equivalent to K-12 education), Mr. Nguyen Trong Vinh is fully aware
that his working experience is a good resource. 
Innovated
methodology and instruction aids facilitate understanding of trainees and
reduce training time
By his own efforts, in 2004, he was designated to team leader to manage about 40 workers of welding and sanding line.
“To work well in a new position, I still never neglect other fields,” he said. His technique innovation has saved up costs for the Company, earning him another promotion to a technical trainer. His training courses are accessible to other workers. Being paid VND 6 million a month, he is proud for his contribution as an employee.
By his efforts, the Company has elected Mr. Nguyen Trong Vinh to attend the upcoming festival to appraise excellent employees for the first time in Binh Duong Province in 2011.
