The telecommunication coverage to the entire North Tan Uyen district will create motivation for development, ensuring social welfare, national defense and security for the locality. Therefore, implementing the national target program on new-style rural construction, the district’s People's Committee and functional agencies have focused on the development of the information and communications field.
Currently, the entire district has all 8 communes with postal service points. The mobile information network infrastructure system throughout the district is also developed comprehensively. They have 3G mobile coverage and fiber optic internet network to hamlets. Basically, all hamlets in the communes have mobile phone coverage and internet access services. In addition, they have electronic information portals with the function of providing information to serve the management, administration and provision of online public services with regulations ensured.
