Early January 12, a delegation of provincial People's Council's Legal Department, led by Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Head of the Department, visited, offered gifts and encouraged a volunteer squad guiding administrative procedures and online public services at provincial Public Administration Center. Attending the delegation was Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council.
Representative of provincial Public Administration Center said that with young, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative volunteers who are knowledgeable about information technology equipment, the unit promptly guided people, enterprises to prepare more complete dossiers, without having to supplement them many times, helping reduce a lot of travel time and effort... As a result, in 2023, the number of receiving and processing online dossiers increased by more than 14% compared to 2022.
On behalf of the working delegation, Mrs. Mai acknowledged and spoke highly of the volunteer spirit of the force participating in guiding administrative procedures and online public services at provincial Public Administration Center.
On this occasion, the delegation gave gifts for the volunteers.
