- As of March 3, Binh Duong recorded 6 cases of Covid-19 infection in the community. Some cases have complex history of movement and exposure. Reality shows that, along with the promotion of measures of zoning, quarantine and isolation for Covid-19 infected people and those with suspected Covid-19 infection, the universal medical declaration is required to grasp up the situation. It is very important to capture the history of movements as well as the health situation of people, contributing to promptly control the infection and effectively repel the epidemic.
The electronic medical declaration will help people report health information about themselves and their families anytime, anywhere, and by quick and convenient manner. The information is also very brief, including name, age, address, ID / passport number, health insurance card number, health status, contact status with suspected person / infected person of Covid-19, the departure, return and entry from the epidemic areas etc. Thereon, the management agency can promptly detect the cases of infection risks and manage the movement information of the objects in question to enable monitoring of such as infected, suspected or in contact with the infected person or those who have come back from the epidemic areas to help authorities and health agencies make quick decisions about quarantined cases and suspected cases. At the same time, it is possible to recommend and guide people to prevent the epidemic effectively. - On February 9, Department of Information and Communications issued Official Letter No. 121/STTTT-BCXB to request press agencies, cultural, sports and radio centers, and radio stations of districts, towns and cities, provincial web portal, information and propaganda to guide people to use the NCOVI application on mobile applications or access https: // tokhaiyte.vn to make voluntary medical declarations and provide information to serve the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in the province.
Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has directed the local authorities to mobilize the entire political and social system to participate. Up to this point, departments and unions at all levels have knocked on every door to propagate, mobilize and guide all people with smartphones to install Bluezone and NCOVI; at the same time information on the implementation situation is monitored and collected to promptly report to Chairman of Binh Duong provincial People's Committee.

In the event that people do not use smartphones, officials will assist them to make paper medical declarations using pre-printed forms and then return to the authorities who will enter the people's information to NCOVI.
