From July 01, 2015 on, Binh Duong Provincial Department of Transportation officially launches its 3rd rate public service software on online issuing and changing of driver’s license. The online registration is a major step of administrative reforms and reduce travel time and costs of individuals and organizations.
To carry out the service, the persons in question can access www.gplx.gov.vn or www.dichvucong.gplx.gov.vn, then, navigate to the online driver’s license changing to complete the document and choose the date of physical visit
As the profile is registered the system will allocate code numbers to the registrants (as ordinary number) with detail date of visit, telephone and email of the registered documents. On visiting the division, the persons in question only carry their current drivers’ licenses and original documents; then, they will be photographed and wait for about 2 hours for the changing of new drivers’ licenses after paying VND 135,000 a case. The payment is directly made at the site of Floor 1, Tower B of Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center.
