On April 28, Binh Duong Provincial National Assembly (NA)’s Delegation held a Conference to collect opinions on the Draft Law to be submitted to the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, chaired the conference.
During the conference, delegates agreed on the need to amend and supplement the draft laws. They also contributed additional opinions to these drafts, with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and promoting sustainable socio-economic development. Specifically, for the Draft Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended), it is necessary to focus on regulations related to cadres and civil servants when organizing local governments at two levels (provincial and communal levels); amend some contents on regulations related to recruitment, use, and management of cadres and civil servants according to job positions... For the Draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended), delegates focused on giving opinions on the amended contents on regulations related to the organization of administrative units and the model of two-level local governments; regulations related to the division of tasks and powers of local governments at provincial and communal levels and promoting decentralization and delegation...
The Provincial National Assembly Delegation recorded the opinions of the delegates. These opinions will be compiled and submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee to help supplement and finalize the Draft Laws that will be presented at the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
