As the worker of an electricity company, Nam knew about this new city right from the first months of its construction. At that time, he and his wife encountered many difficulties in life. They then left their hometown, Quang Binh province, to begin a new living in HCMC. Nam had to work hard, but his income was not enough for expenditures in life. After that, the couple decided to arrive at Phu Chanh A resettlement area in the new city of Binh Duong to open a sweet soup shop with the initial capital of merely VND2mil. After two years of opening the sweet soup shop, the couple has monthly earned a fair income.

Visiting the quarter No.3, Hoa Phu ward, every one knows about a famous chain of Phu Sang shoe store owned by Vi Thi Tham. Leaving hometown at the age of 18, Vi Thi Tham became a worker in a shoe company after getting marriage. With a modest income, the couple spent all their capital to open a shoe shop at Binh Chuan market. Yet, they were bankrupted after a short time, owing to shortage of business experience.

We therefore decided to hire land to open a shoe store. The new city develops rapidly within 3 years, so we enjoy an advantaged business”, Tham revealed. The couple has presently possessed 2 shoe stores in the new city.
It is obvious that Binh Duong new city’s establishment and development create many chances of business start-up for many people with bare hands. In addition, the new city-based 6 industrial parks make tens of thousands of workers, engineers and experts etc flock to the city. This offers many opportunities of business on the new land. Comfortable life on new land
It is clear that the new city of Binh Duong spreads chances of making wealth for many people. In 2009, Bui Truong Bien decided to sell his house in Phu Loi ward to make a new business start-up in the new city. The determination made relatives and friends surprised and some of them opposed him. “I am a construction engineer. I just opened my private company at that time. After a thorough research and information grasp, I determined to become one of the first residents of this young city”, Bien explained.
After 4 years of operation, Bien’s Phuc Bien construction company has presently placed jobs for hundreds of engineers and workers. In addition, Bui Truong Bien has helped people settle down in the new city.
Similarly, Nguyen Thanh Tam, director of Gamma Vietnam JSC has set up his working office at quarter No.3, Hoa Phu ward right from the first days of founding the new city of Binh Duong. As a company specializing in constructing and installing underground cable system and other underground works, his Gamma Vietnam JSC has rapidly become a prestigious contractor in the new city. With the modest capital source in the first period of establishment, his company has created many jobs for laborers. He just bought a land lot to build his new house in the young city. He said that Binh Duong has become an ideal location for turning dream of making wealth come true in a short time.
