The Trade Union of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. has partially reviewed the five-year implementation of the “Good at workplace and responsible for housework” emulation movement in the 2010-2014 period and implemented orientations, tasks in the 2015-2019 period.

Over the past five years, female workers of the company actively responded to the emulation movement of “two-good” women, contributing to promoting the company’s business and production activities. There were 5 female workers awarded the third-class Labor Medal; 7 with the certificates of merit of the Government; 2 with the certificates of merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor…Many other female workers were also awarded the certificates of merit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, provincial People’s Committee, Vietnam Rubber Group…The whole company had a total of more than 1,600 female workers winning the “two-good” title for five consecutive years.
The objective of the “two-good” women emulation movement in the 2015-2019 period is to uphold female laborers’ talent; train industrial working attitude, promote thrift practice, the fight against corruption and social evils among them, contributing to successfully realizing the company’s targets on socio-economic development.
