On the morning of June 22, provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC) received additional resources to support the procurement of vaccines against Covid-19 from Kaiser 1 Vietnam Wood Industry Co.Ltd. Receiving the support was Tran Thi Kim Lan, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial FFC.
Kaiser 1 Vietnam Wood Industry Co., Ltd, in Ben Cat town, is a furniture manufacturing company with 100% foreign investment. At the reception, representative of the company presented a symbolic board of VND 1 billion to provincial FFC. With this contribution, the company wanted to join hands with the province to well perform Covid-19 prevention and control, including the procurement of vaccines against the pandemic.
On behalf of provincial FFC, Mrs. Lan presented the certificate of merit to the company for its support to the local fight against Covid-19 pandemic while wishing all staff of the company good health, success and luck.
According to statistics from provincial FFC’s Relief Committee, as of June 22, 172 agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals in and out of the province participated in supporting resources for the local Covid-19 prevention and control. Mrs. Lan said that provincial FFC’s Relief Committee, as of June 22 afternoon, provincial FFC’s Relief Committee received VND 91.44 billion in cash and goods from organizations, individuals for support of the local fight against the pandemic.
